KARNATAKA
A stunning introduction to Southern India, Karnataka is a prosperous, compelling state loaded with a winning blend of urban cool, glittering Palaces, National Parks, Ancient Ruins, Beaches, Yoga Centres and legendary travellers' hang-outs. At its nerve centre is the capital, Bengaluru (Bangalore), a progressive cybercity famous for its Craft-Beer and Restaurant scene. Heading out of town you'll encounter the evergreen rolling hills of Kodagu, dotted with Spice and Coffee Plantations, the regal splendour of Mysuru (Mysore), and Jungles teeming with Monkeys, Tigers and Asia’s biggest population of Elephants; all but not before a mention of the renowned World Heritage Site, the countercultural enclave of tranquil Hampi, with Hammocks, Psychedelic Sunsets and Boulder-Strewn Ruins. -
KERALA
Kerala is South India's most serenely beautiful state. This slender coastal strip is defined by its layered landscape; almost 600km of glorious Arabian Sea coast and beaches; a languid network of glistening backwaters; and the spice and tea covered hills of the Western Ghats, dotted with fiercely protected wildlife reserves and cool hill stations such as Munnar. Just setting foot on this swathe of soul-soothing, palm-shaded green will slow your subcontinental stride to a blissed-out amble. Kerala is a world away from the frenzy of the rest of India, its long, fascinating backstory illuminated by historically evocative locations. -
TAMIL NADU
Tamil Nadu is the homeland of one of humanity’s living classical civilisations, stretching back uninterrupted for two millennia and very much alive today in the Tamils' language, dance, poetry and forms of Hinduism. -

ARUNACHAL PRADESH
The Seven Sisters of the Northeast (the states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura) ; the geography is as varied as the culture. While Waterfalls thunder down Cherrapunjee's Jungle escarpments; the beautiful Crystal Blue Glacial Lakes mesmerises the high passes of Tawang, and the Kamakhya Devalaya in Guwahati, considered most sacred and the oldest of the 51 Shakti Peethas on Earth, forms the centrepiece of widely practiced, powerfull Tantrik Shaktism Cult in India. Northeast travel can be tough, with atrocious roads and long distances. But the destinations are always worth the effort and there'll be a warm welcome that awaits. You are indeed far from the beaten track; only the adventurous need apply. -

ANDAMAN
Unexplored beaches, clear blue waters, stunning rainforests, virgin natural trails, mesmerizing sunsets and a dash of history - all this can be found right off the coast of India in the Andaman Islands. This quiet gem in the middle of the Ocean gives an immediate air of calm. The Andaman and Nicobar Islands is truly a refreshing getaway to peace. There is so much more to do here; adventure sports, water activities, activities for nature lovers, sightseeing spots and discovering a whole lot of colourful and enchanting aqua life. -
LADAKH
Few places in India are at once so traveler friendly and yet so enchanting and hassle-free as mountain-framed Ladakh. Spectacularly jagged, arid mountains enfold this magical Buddhist ex-kingdom. Picture-perfect Gompas (Tibetan Buddhist Monasteries) dramatically crown rocky outcrops next to fluttering prayer flags and whitewashed stupas, while prayer wheels spun clockwise release merit-making mantras. Gompa interiors are a riot of golden Buddhas and intricately colourful murals and home to red-robed Monks. It's a little corner of Tibet marooned in the furthest reaches of India. -
KASHMIR
Rimmed by layers of Alpine Peaks, the Kashmir Valley opens up as a giant, beautiful bowl of Lakes and Orchards. Tin-roofed villages guard terraced paddy fields delineated by Apple groves and pin-straight Poplars. Soak your memories in a warm cup of Kahwah Tea, while indulging in the varied landscapes of Kashmir. Take in the crisp misty air, while gorging on warm Kashmiri Pulao and home-made Rista. Feel your heart synchronize with the gushing waters that travel from the glaciers above. Dust the snow off your shoulders after a long trek up a hill and watch the sun-kissed, snow-capped mountains. Kashmir is a stunningly beautiful place, beyond any words or imagination.
